Student only seeing their own workspace on Chrome

I have a student with a new Numbas account. They are enroled in a shared project workspace for a class I am taking but they do not see the project when they log in via Chrome on a campus computer. They only see their personal workspace.

If they log in on their mobile or using Edge (on the same campus computer) then they see the class project fine. Any ideas why?
