I have an exam which gives the following error when I try to run it. The exam runs fine without one specific question which has a JSX graph in it. If I remove the question from the exam then it runs fine. If I change the question to remove the call to the graph and deselect the JSXgraph extension then it also will run (albeit without the diagram).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

In the JavaScript do you have the dollar symbol  $ used? If so check out the thread from 23 September about jsxgraph and JavaScript. It might be the same thing.

Sorry, this was my fault: David's exam uses a custom theme built off the pre-2025 standard theme. I had to make changes to that theme to make it work with the new loading mechanism in v9,0, and I hadn't tested it with an extension which loads a stylesheet, such as JSXGraph.
I've fixed the bug, and checked that David's exam now loads.
