Exam End Confirmation and Lockdown App

I've just been updating some coursework materials and found a couple of things after the new update:

1. When using the "Require written confirmation before ending the exam?" option, I can input "end" but then the exam does not close nor proceed to the results/download page. I've tried this in both Chrome and Edge and can't seem to get around it. I've disabled it on my exams now as it turns out I don't really need it, but worth pointing out still.

2. The second thing is that exams now don't seem to load in the (portable) NUMBAS Lockdown App, even when using the most recent version of the application. It turns out I also don't need this for my purposes, but it also seemed like a thing worth mentioning in case anybody requires it. I had this happen on my laptop and a student computer, both with the portable version as I don't have admin rights to install the application properly.

It turns out I'd just forgotten to add the event handlers to the new "confirm end exam" modal. I've now done that.

There's a new version of the lockdown app, v3.1. Have you got that version? The LTI provider can now warn students if they're using an old version of the app; see https://docs.numbas.org.uk/lti/en/latest/installation/upgrade.html#v4-3 (I just noticed that bit of the upgrade docs was missing today, so you probably don't have that setting if you upgraded earlier)

Unfortunately our digital learning team won't support the LTI in Blackboard, so anyone using NUMBAS here is just doing it directly through links.

The end exam option definitely works now, thanks!

I still seem to have exams hanging in the Lockdown app though, even with the newest version.
