Variable all_valid is not defined

I have a question that is is giving the following error regardless of whether the student answer is correct or not, see screenshot. It uses a Javascript custom marking script that I am gradually replacing with a jme algorithm however as far as I can see I have plenty of other questions using the Javascipt version that work?
