Hi

I'm getting this error reporting back to the VLE:

403 - "User in requested score is not enrolled in the org unit"

Any ideas?

I think that would happen if Numbas has a score for a student who is no longer enrolled in the course. Do you not get a name along with it?

Hi 

thanks for getting back so quickly. It's happening for all users and they are definitely all there. However, we recently installed Banner 9 which is breaking everything so it might be that. Is there anyway to reconnect the users with the VLE from within Numbas?

Hi

Don't be reading emails on your day off! You work hard enough for us all already!

Thanks again for your help though. 

I've tried playing around from the other side (the VLE) but no luck. 

Just a thought - can the grade item in the VLE be revoked? I've tried deleting it in the VLE to invoke the request to create a grade item but alas still no luck. Often I go into resources and it asks me if I want to create a grade item in the VLE even though there is one already. If the resource could ask that question again, this might fix this issue.
