Hi there

A few people at my institution (Western Sydney University) have had difficulty logging in to Numbas over the past few days, despite having our usernames and passwords saved on our devices.

When doing a password reset, we have discovered that our usernames have changed slightly. For example mine was saved as adellecolbourn but now AdelleColbourn is the required username.

Is this affecting anyone else? Has something been changed accidentally? Just flagging it as a potential issue.

Regards
Adelle.

Oh, this might be an unintended consequence of the database migration, if it's suddenly case-sensitive. Thanks for reporting this; I'll investigate.

Now fixed. Thanks for reporting this! The username field is now case-insensitive.
