Create a new question / exam from a previous one broken?

I tried to copy your create variable in the preamble example to play around a bit, but both methods I know to do it failed:

I put in in a basket and tried to create an exam: Server error

I downloaded it, and tried to create a new one by uploading: Server error

Am I doing something wrong, or did something break with the last update?
