What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Customize controls under "1P Keyboard Setting…"
2. Attempt to use those controls under netplay
3. fail

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 7.5.0 of the platform-independent build on OS X 10.7.1, Java
version 1.6.0_26

Please provide any additional information below.
The netplay controls that I'm forced to use doesn't look like the default
set.

OP was running the swing version on OSX. Using Slick fixed the problem.
