my suggestions about new Room Type thing

here are my suggestions and some things i would like to see fixed:
1. OK button should be set as form accept button on this screen
2. Cancel button on Custom should move back to Type screen not to
lobby
3. Rated column in lobby screen should be replaced with type Column
-for type preset it will say name of preset for example "TOJ"
-for custom rooms it will say "Unranked"
-for single player room it will say "Single", so no more need for
"Single:" in room title
4. when i change player number on Type Screen after i press Custom,
number of players on this screen should be what i set before
5. Custom should be renamed to Customize, its more logical if it
selected type as base
6. old rule based multiplayer presets should be removed from config
files and code
7. auto start should be 15 seconds instead of 5 seconds
8. i am not sure if fractional should be default for TOJ and Allspin
and not reduced, i know opinions about are like 50:50 split

I agree with all of those suggestions, and noticed most of them myself
as little issues, especially: 2, 7 & 8
I would also vote against fractional garbage as default, altho I
really do like the mode myself, but ppl won't expect it.

I like reduced garbage better. Fractional feels a lot different to the
garbage in 1 on 1.
