http://www.vpnhunter.com/ is a website that can tell you if there are
SSL VPN's, Remote Access, Email Protals and Generic logins for a
particular domains. That's what atleast claim too.

Chinese Ministry of Defence has RDP open to the world according to VPN

Its just a service in the cloud, I was looking at people come up with
interesting domains names nothing else.
