Help with UNIX(Solaris/HP-UX/AIX) and LINUX Password decryption

Hi Team,

This is the first time I am posting the email to the group....

Could somebody please help me if there are any tools which can be used for decrypting the encrypted password string in UNIX(Solaris/HP-UX/AIX) and LINUX..

We have an impending Corporate audit for our support account and we would like to check if the passwords being used by the users are strong enough as we find password strength is one of main findings in our other accounts we support...
