Set Firefox's proxy to 127.0.0.1:8080 (Burp Suite's Address).

Then, in Burp Suite, under Options tab, add the actual proxy server under Upstream Proxy Servers.

Are you on VPN?

If yes try " java -Djava.net.preferIPV4Stack=true -jar <burp.jar>

Cheers

Hi Vijay,

I am not using VPN. I am using my company proxy to get access to internet.

You can always chain proxy with Burp. Does your company proxy uses authentication ??

You can easily do it if the app is on vpn/specified proxy then go to options and set the up stream in burp then you use Firefox with normal config simple it is :-)
