Setting Up a Security Lab

Hi All,

We are planning to set up a security lab for about 4-5 peoples.
Can anyone please suggest me software and hardware requirements for the same.

This lab we are setting up at corporate level and is been setup
basically for R&D on hacking stuff and Testing of applications,
finding vulnerability and working on there solutions etc.

Actually i dont know much about enisa documentation. So it would be
more helpful if you can tell me more specific.
