SqlMap: Python-NTLM package installation

Hi Folks,

Can anyone guide me in python-ntml package installation. It is
required by SqlMap for attacking an application behind NTLM domain
credentials.

1) download using the below command

svn checkout http://python-ntlm.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ python-ntlm-read-only

2) Run setup  "sudo python setup.py install" 

If it gives error "ImportError: No module named setuptools" then install setuptools first
