Big or little Endian dpx?

Sorry for being a total list invader but Hired to get a job back up to speed but not a nuke expert yet.  I am running into a interesting render issue.   I think I have some big endian and some little endian mixed together.   Not knowing what Nuke Likes I am not sure if the dpx's that are rendering in the view bottom up are little or big endian.  I am guessing though that having a mix of big and little edian in the same comp must rain havok on rendering speed. and wouldn't you guess the footage that renders bottom up is RED footage.  I will have to check redcine to see if it has an option to render big or little for furture refrence.
