The Office of the Ombudsman is open to receiving complaints from any members of the public.

Ombudsman Hamilson Bulu explained that the Ombudsman's Office is listed as an essential service, therefore, the office will be operating as normal so its services can be accessible to the public, but on a smaller scale.

The role of the Ombudsman is to ensure leaders observe the law at all times.

Anyone who has a complaint against a leader is encouraged to complain to the Office. The complaint must be factual, not a lie, and not based on hearsay.

To file a complaint, contact the Office of the Ombudsman, state your name, and the form will be prepared to be picked up at a particular time.

The complainant is further encouraged to contact the Office should he or she requires assistance.

Opening hours for the Ombudsman's Office: 9 AM-12 PM and 2 PM-4 PM
