I have written down the list of things to be done. Please go through the list carefully. I have also attached the list to this mail, for your reading convenience. 



SPONSORSHIP

1.       E.C. Meeting – Tomorrow (Piyush and Pandey).

2.       HPCL , BOC India, and Sen & Singh – Kush.

3.       Vaishakh and Pandey.

4.       Alumni – Davis, Anshuman, Rao, Shubho and Sadda (Mita to follow up).

5.       Subway – Arnab.

6.       Rohan Kothari – 2 contacts (Arnab to follow up).

 

BOOKINGS

1.       SAI Payment to be made – Friday by Mita.

2.       BTA – Shobhit (tomorrow he is going to arrange for practice courts, Harshvardhan to follow up).

3.       Cricket Ground – Nanda to pay 500/- (Suman to follow up).

 

TRANSPORT (Arnab, Suman)

1.       Arjun Gupta’s Contact – Arnab to call up tomorrow (3500/- per bus per day).

2.       Backup – JNNURM buses  ( 5000/- per bus per day).

3.       Suman to call up backup.

4.       Christ and ILS – We are bringing them by pre-paid taxi.

 

EQUIPMENT (Call PIYUSH to know who is doing what)

1.       Basketball – Done (1 exploded) – 4 new balls left.

2.       Volleyball – 3 balls * 600/- = 1800/- expense outlay.

3.       Football – 1 ball * 1295/-; Davis to donate another ball.

4.       Table Tennis

a.       TT Table – Nikhil-drop draft at Ballygunge.

b.      TT Balls – 10 boxes – 1000/- expense outlay.

5.       Chess

a.       2 chess boards.

b.      2 chess clocks – Get application – Varsha and Sahana.

6.       Carrom – Arnab’s board to be brought and taken back by volunteers.

7.       Tennis – 10 cans of tennis balls – 2500/- to 3000/-

8.       Badminton

a.       Measuring tape.

b.      Baton .

9.       Throwball – To be donated by Shubho.

10.   Cricket – 5000/- on cricket balls.

 

ACCOMMODATION (Anagh, Suman, Arnab)

1.       60 – 70 more people to be accommodated in next 3 days.

2.       VIP Tower – 4000/- advance payment to be made.

3.       Anirudh/Mayur – Park Circus Accommodation (Anagh, Arnab, Suman).

4.       Bijon Bhawan – Mita will check.

 

TROPHIES/CERTIFICATES

1.       Trophies – 20000/- - Aman.

2.       Saikia – Goes to Maidan to check quotations.

3.       Certificates

a.       Anagh – Design.

b.      Arnab – Sample, quotes and order.

 

VOLUNTEERS

1.       1st and 2nd Year Lists to be compiled by Wednesday.

2.       Varsha to send out the mail from the Invicta ID.

3.       Wednesday – Volunteers’ Meeting (Time to be fixed).

4.       Varsha writes application to wardens for girls to be allowed in the boys’ mess till 1am for Invicta.

 

BANNERS/FLEXES/POSTERS

1.       Same guy who does for the University.

2.       Suman talks to flex guy about details of resolution and printing problems, if any.

 

BREAKFAST/REFRESHMENTS

1.       Biju (Piyush).

2.       Packet System (Piyush speaks to the Mess and to outside Caterers).

 

WATER

1.       Biju – Piyush has spoken to him, giving a preliminary order for 100 canisters.

FIRST AID

1.       Yet to be decided.

 

REFEREES

1.       Football, Volleyball (Mens), Athletics – 9000/-

2.       Basketball – Davis following up with Rao.

3.       Basketball and Throwball – Referees’ Association by tomorrow (Suman and Vidyamaan).

 

OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONY

1.       Slideshow/Movie – Pande Speech.

2.       Requisitions (All to be done by ROHIT DAS)

a.       Auditorium (Wednesday).

b.      Sound (Wednesday).

c.       University Projector (Wedneday).

d.      022 for Computer Games (Wednesday).

e.      301 for Indoor Games (Wednesday).

3.       Outlawed Liaison –Vaisakh.

4.       Application for cleaning and maintenance of TT Room (Wednesday) – Rohit Das to submit this to Nabendu Dam (Campus Supervisor), CC to Registrar, and Assistant Registrar (Admin.).

5.       Application to Nabendu Dam, and others as above (By ROHIT DAS) –

a.       Refilling of water of cess pool.

b.      Fumigation of campus against mosquitoes during Invicta.

6.       Bluebook and Fixtures – Anshuman.

7.       Coffee and Monaco – Biju.

8.       Registration Desk to be in front of Auditorium entrance.

9.       ROHIT DAS please note, that all applications must be submitted on WEDNESDAY itself. Please take help from ANAGH, to draft any application, if needed.

10.   ANIRBAN SAIKIA please note, that you must have the powerpoint presentation/movie for the Opening Ceremony ready by Saturday night.
