Dear Ph.D batch of 2013, hope you are doing fine

I am writing to you to inform you all that your

request for holding final session of Ph.D course

work contact program and examinations in June/July

has been positively considered by the university.

Vice-Chancellor has consented for the same and

you are here by informed to prepare for final session

and examination in June/July as you all requested.

(Exact dates will be notified later)

You are hereby expected to use the very good available 

time fruitfully and enrich your work accordingly

Meanwhile, you are hereby asked to submit your

seminar topic write up by 10th of April positively

Further, you are also asked to prepare Book review 

of 2000 words which will be evaluated for 25 marks

as part of your research methodology paper.

I personally advice you to pick up a very important

book relating to your potential research based upon your

research topic and write a detail review as it would

also help you for your further research.

You can submit the Book review write up along with

literature review report and research proposal 

during June/July, thank you very much
