HOWTO template

Hi,

There's a howto template here, for those who are writing DI/DSI/LLP.. sections only, which guides you how to name your sections:

This template is *by no means* compulsory, but it's better to check before defining your chapters. For those who already have given the first draft, it's very much appreciated that the spend a few more hours so it complies this template.

Gorkem, this is a very good template. I will adapt it to the usability "how to" section. I'm not near my laptop,but as soon as I  am, I will get to it.

My dad is doing just a little better, but he's still hooked up to a few tubes,
