Spelling Standards

To make editing easier, it would be great if we could all adhere to
the same spellings for frequently used words:

multi-touch
webcam (one word)
NUI Group (NUI in caps, then a space, the Group)
IR LEDs (IR LED in caps, no space, followed by a lowercase
"s")

Other consistency notes:

Try to be consistent with "table" or "setup" in your section.
