Geertjan has sent a fantastic opportunity to us to make a video of our community, for which we need to gather at one place may be this weekend.  Please go through the following mail by Geetrjan and come forward for planning this event and get this done.

Hi Tushar!

This year NetBeans IDE celebrates its 15th birthday! Since you have played a significant role in the NetBeans project over the years, we'd like to invite you to make a short movie clip of yourself and others from the Nagpur JUG for inclusion in the "Happy NetBeans 15th Birthday" movie. The movie is planned to be shown at NetBeans Day, which will be at JavaOne 2013 on Sunday, 22 September, in the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

In your short movie clip, which should be about 30 seconds (or more if you like), the whole group can say 'happy birthday NetBeans', and you and others can tell a funny story or a NetBeans tip or anything else you'd like to share with the NetBeans community. We're looking forward to putting together a very interesting mosaic by many different people from around the world and hope that you will join in. After NetBeans Day, the movie will be released on YouTube.

Can you respond to this invitation by Wednesday 21 August and have the movie available by Friday 30 August? The movie should be in MP4 format.

Hey all, this is a great opportunity, we should definitely send a video.

I am on official tour and will be back on 28th Aug. 2013. Can we meet on 28th itself.

I always design videos for video tutorials, workshops, seminars and other events. I have few concepts this video and at last will merge all NUG Nagpur team saying Happy Birthday NetBeans.

Please let me know, if it possible?

Hey All,

Can we meet today evening at my office (address mentioned below) at 6pm or 7pm.

I have a plan for NetBeans Birthday Video. If posible please wear Java T-shirts.

If you are unable to make it, please mail me your video in MP4 or 3GP format saying "Happy Birthday NetBeans" at once and "Happy" -take 1sec pause- "Birthday" -take 1sec pause- "NetBeans" so that I can edit and compile video properly. Try and use plain background to shoot such video. For example, check voice note at Whats App group of JUG NAGPUR. I am goimg to get NetBeans Cake for everyone and soft-drinks.
