Hi Jiri,

We have worked on the specifications and team is having some questions. I will discuss with them and will update the wiki pages with the specifications tonight.

Dhawal has asked one question in nbdev list and I am also checking what Geertjan suggested for his specification about @TemplateRegistration annotation test.

I will update you about the status tonight.

thanks a lot for this wonderful news. Yes, the deadline 10/2 is fine and we would also like to ask your API Support tribe to take responsibility for this new functionality during NetCAT 7.1.

Hi Tushar,

yes, you got it all right. The TS does not exist yet and you
could use existing TS as an example. N&N page would help us
understand the functionality too. If you for this create a brand new
TS or add the test suites to some already existing TS is up to you.
We think your knowledge of the API Support TSs is already better
than ours. Platform and API Support are two distinct areas though so
it would be probably logical to create specific TS for the Platform.
And finally, yes the improvements were not implemented in NB 7.0.

1) This is a task to write test specifications which do not
exist yet
2) We can use the existing test specifications as examples
3) The New and Noteworthy page will tell us what are the functional
requirements for which we have to write the test specifications.

specifications
5) These functions are never covered as this functionality was
not there
in earlier NetBeans versions

tribe leader. Whole NetBeans QE team is busy with preparing
a demo
for our new director and there is nobody left to create
brand new
test specification for new NetBeans 7.1 Platform stuff.

Do you think somebody from your tribe would be able to
create a
test specification that would cover features now assigned to
Tomas
Musil under "Platform & NetBeans Module Development" section?
