Well,
back to the business... we've got exciting news! We're going to be at 2
Cons this Fall/Winter season! First on the menu is NEKOCON!
Nov. 5th-7th at Hampton Roads, VA. We'll have a table in Artists Alley
there; we would really love if it you came by to say hi to us! We'll be
selling cards, comics, bookmarks, and copies of Monica's book! We're
also going to be running a fun contest!
For out midwest friends, we're finally getting a chance to meet you in person! We're booked at Oyahocon
in Columbus, Ohio Jan. 28-30. We're not only holding down a table, but
our dynamic siblings, Monica Marier and David Joria will be hosting a
panel on the art of writing and drawing web comics! If you've wanted to
know how to write a script, pencil thumbnails, or simply how to avoid
killing your artists, come check it out! We'd love to see you!
On to other business. A few weeks ago we had a wonderful surprise. Our Facebook
page for Tangent Artists got a whopping 1,000 Likes!! We've wanted to
give all our fans something special to say thanks, so this week we've
got a little something extra on the site: we've recorded a creepy THEME SONG for Skeleton Crew, performed by our very own Tangent Artists band, BURN & DODGE! Just in time for Halloween!
