NuGet Package Manifests

I blogged our thinking on how we'll introduce an authoritative and flexible package manifest and also support JSON for authoring.  This approach would mean no new features in the nuspec XML.

The next post in my queue will illustrate the JSON for authoring and the JSON-LD for packed manifests.  I wanted to keep the posts separate so the first one would only get feedback on the concepts rather than people's opinions about JSON formats.
