Visual Studio Tooling Guidance from the NuGet Team

We published a blog post today about the guidance we give Microsoft (and some external) teams looking to integrate their tooling with NuGet package installation.  We'd appreciate any feedback you have on our guidance, especially if you have thoughts from the package consumer point of view.
