NuGet 3.0 CTP 1 Released

The NuGet team released NuGet 3.0 CTP 1 today. This is an important milestone toward reaching RTM around Labor Day.

The CTP brings together a lot of significant refactoring and the first round of connecting to our new service architecture (API v3). With this checkpoint behind us, we can now focus on new features, a new UI, better VS integration, and a clean API v3 client implementation. We will also plow through the long list of external pull requests that have pointed up while we've been heads-down (the community had taken notice of our lack of attention the past couple months).
Please install the CTP and start using the 'nuget.org (3.0.0-ctp1) preview' package source and provide feedback as appropriate.
