Using the latest NuGet to install packages programmatically

Hi,

I've been using NuGet assemblies to add packages to projects in my online .Net IDE application. I've been using the method `NuGet.Core.ProjectManager.AddPackageReference(packageId)` with a couple of hooks.

Today I pulled the latest source and discovered that this method is gone! Removed in commit #e1d04ed0334fe11d37f060342f8a6f10744945df

by @feiling.. So, how do I do it with the current version? Is it a temporary removal, or has it been moved somewhere else?
