NuGet 2.8.2 Release

We published a Beta version of a NuGet 2.8.2 release to CodePlex on May 6^th.  This release does not include an updated VS extension or WebMatrix extension.  NuGet 2.8.2 fixes some bugs in the NuGet.exe command-line and it also updates some of our own NuGet packages with bug fixes.

The following components are being updated with NuGet 2.8.2.  If you use any of them in your scenarios, please test out the beta release and let us know if you encounter any issues:

 

1.       Binaries:

a.       NuGet.exe (NuGet.CommandLine package)

b.      NuGet.ServerExtensions.dll

2.       NuGet Packages:

a.       NuGet.Server

b.      NuGet.Core

c.       NuGet.VisualStudio (the NuGet package, not the VS extension)

d.      NuGet.Build

 

You can get the NuGet.exe (and the signed copy), along with the NuGet.ServerExtensions.dll downloads from CodePlex:

And the NuGet packages were all published to www.nuget.org with the 2.8.2-beta version.  Barring any issues with the 2.8.2-beta release, we anticipate releasing the 2.8.2 final release by May 16^th.

Sorry on the delayed response! Got a little caught up in things.... but the Inedo ProGet team did test this on Monday, and it passed our auth tests.
