Easter 2019

Hello,

To continue the 2019 theme, an email about Easter which is between Friday 19th April and Monday 22nd April.

At this stage I have only brushed the dust off the Munro map to suggest somewhere in the vicinity of Braemar could be useful?

Please let me know if you're interested and if the location sounds reasonable? I can then search out the hostel or house / cottage options.

Hi Jon,

Suz and me would likely be interested in popping along for a day or two over the Easter weekend but probably easiest if we arrange our own accommodation near wherever you end up.

Braemar has lots of hill options but there's not much to the town itself. I'd suggest Ballater has a bit more going and also plenty of decent hills on so might be worth a look too.

I'm in and would probably look to travel up on the Thursday evening before being chauffeured around for the weekend.  

Vicky is flying back from the Caribbean overnight and arriving on the Friday morning.  I'm currently trying to persuade her it is a good idea for her then to fly straight up on the Friday (not sure if I'll succeed).
