Momento en que PRD recibe paquete fiscal de comisión del Gobierno.
Santo Domingo.˗ La Comisión Económica del Partido Revolucionario Dominicano entiende que el gobierno puede y debe resolver la crisis de insolvencia financiera sin aumentar los impuestos, por esa razón y porque hay un serio problema moral en el desorden financiero, rechaza las pretensiones de crear más impuestos para tapar el hoyo fiscal.
Lo que el gobierno debe hacer es someter el presupuesto del2013 a un estricto programa de austeridad, con recortes profundos en el gasto corriente, que lo sitúe en RD$310,000 millones en lugar de RD$369,376 millones como programa. Que el gasto de capital, en lugar de RD$100,069 millones, lo reduzca a RD$80,000 millones, para de esa manera llevar el gasto total a RD$390,000 millones en lugar de RD$469,024 millones.
