Consejo de los ángeles: “Escuchar a todos los que se acercan a nosotros, al margen de su nivel intelectual, es un deber humano”

Ser más inteligente que otros nos produce satisfacción, porque estamos convencidos de hacer las cosas bien y de comprender las razones y los motivos que mueven a los demás. Es como si dirigiéramos el Universo con Dios. El problema es que ni siquiera Dios lo controla todo. Los seres humanos hacen cosas sorprendentes, que el poder divino no controla. Incluso Dios aprende de la más sencilla de sus criaturas. No podemos negar que existe gente realmente tonta, y que, aún peor, a veces tienen poder. Es un pensamiento frustrante para los más inteligentes, pero, en general, la estupidez adopta muchas formas y los más listos pueden cometer también las mayores tonterías, mientras que los menos dotados tienen, a veces, las ideas inspiradas que no esperábamos de ellos. Los ángeles aconsejan que no nos dejemos llevar de nuestra supuesta superioridad intelectual; por el contrario, que nos concentremos siempre en hacer las cosas lo mejor que podamos y sabemos. De ese modo estaremos tan ocupados que no tendremos tiempo de indagar en la inteligencia o la falta de inteligencia de los demás.
¿Conoces a alguien especialmente tonto? ¿Por qué? ¿Te gusta sentirte más listo que él? ¿Tiene alguna cualidad que pueda redimirle? ¿Cuántas tonterías has hecho tú a lo largo de tu vida? ¿Qué pensarías si te enteraras de que otras personas te consideran tonto, en vez de pensar en ti como un ser complejo, pero humano y completo, al fin y al cabo?

Be smarter than others gives us satisfaction, because we are convinced to do things right and to understand the reasons and motives of others. It's like we guide the universe with God. The problem is that not even God controls everything. Humans do amazing things, that divine power does not control. Even God learns from the simplest of creatures. We can not deny that there are people really stupid, or, worse, sometimes powerless. It is frustrating for smarter, but in general, stupidity takes many forms and can make smarter also the biggest nonsense, while the less talented are sometimes inspired with ideas we did not expect from them. Angels advise us not be carried away by our supposed intellectual superiority, on the contrary, always concentrated on doing things the best we can and know. That way we'll be so busy they will not have time to dig into the intelligence or lack of intelligence of others.
Do you know someone especially silly? Why? Like feeling smarter? Does he have a quality that can redeem? How many nonsense have you done throughout your life? What would you think if you found out that other people consider you a fool, instead of thinking of yourself as a complex being, but human and complete, the end of the day?
