LA PÉRDIDA Y LA NOCHE NEGRA DEL ALMA
Consejo de los Ángeles: “Pues el que quiera salvar su vida (temporal, su comodidad y su seguridad en este mundo), la perderá (la vida eterna); y el que pierda su vida (su comodidad y su seguridad en este mundo) por mí, la hallará (la vida eterna)

Cuando nos encontramos en la “noche negra del alma” a causa de una pérdida, nos enfrentamos con la muerte. Una noche negra del alma es una experiencia mística, porque nos trae el misterio bajo muchas formas. Cuando nos atenaza el dolor, llegamos a pensar que sólo la muerte puede salvarnos, pero luego surge de lo más profundo del alma una voz que nos dice: “¡No! La muerte salva; es el momento de levantarse y luchar por la vida”. Ha llegado el momento de ponerse en pie, soportar el fuego y dejar que la vida se desarrolle. Los ángeles estarán a nuestro lado, como comadronas, no para librarnos del dolor del nacimiento, sino para asistirnos, para facilitarnos la labor hasta que despertemos a la nueva luz de la conciencia de lo sagrado que nos llenará de fuerza el alma.
Escribe lo que te diría Dios en un momento de dolor o pérdida. No dejes de escribir hasta que notes que la verdad aflora en ti. No dejes de escribir hasta que el sonido sagrado de los latidos de tu corazón entre en sintonía con el alto coro de los ángeles cantores. Mantente contigo y con tu dolor hasta que tu alma salga a flore en el agua de la vida. Dios bendice tus fracasos y tus pérdidas; mira todo lo que te han aportado.

LOSS AND SOUL BLACK NIGHT

When we are in the "dark night of the soul" because of a loss, we are faced with death. A dark night of the soul is a mystical experience, because it brings the mystery in many forms. When pain grips us, we thought that only death can save us, but then emerges from the depths of the soul a voice that says, "No! Death saves; it's time to stand up and fight for life. "It is time to stand up, endure the heat and let life unfold. Angels will be with us, as midwives, not to get rid of the pain of birth, but to assist, to facilitate the work until we awake to the new light of awareness of the sacred that fill us with soul force.
Write what you would say God in a time of grief or loss. Do not stop writing until you feel that the truth comes out in you. Do not stop writing until the sacred sound of your heartbeat into line with the high choir of angels singing. Keep you and your pain until your soul out to bloom in the water of life. God bless your failures and your losses, look what you have provided.
