one great room available in Malden Towers from March 1

Dear folks:
There will be one great room available in Malden Towers (Hot!) from March 1st 2013.
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU student. 3 Mins walking to sub station, stadium, Walgreens, Stopshop and the Malden policy center and goverment building are just at the foot of our building. So it is pretty convenient for living and also safe. The only tennis field in Malden is also just downstairs. One parking positon could be applied if you have and will have a car.
The room previously was a large living room (also including a huge balcony), after a hard and wonderful endeavor, it is now a quasi-bedroom independently. Since one of our roommate has graduated and leaving, so the room is available from March.
Location: 99 Florence St. Floor7, Malden, 02148
The Price: 390/M(including Heat and Cool, a lof of money for a house)
Area: Large (even including balcony) with beautiful night view
Sunlight: Face to south (the sunny light offered from early morning to afternoon)
Laundry: Only 1.00$
Roommates: 2 graduate students , nice persons, helpful. we have run our lovely home here for 3 years and make it a warm harbor for Chinese student to strive in Boston.
Our expectations to new roommate: nice and clean.
