Drones have hit the
Chornobyl reactor
dome, the Kursk
reactor in Russia and
close to the
Zaporizhzhia reactors
in Ukraine. Now a
nuclear plant in the
UAE -- outside a war
zone -- has been
targeted. We look at
the danger armed
drones and missile
attacks on the
battlefield present to
nuclear power plants.

Drones in battlezones
are a threat to
nuclear power plants.
There are 15 reactors
in Ukraine in danger
from the Russian
invasion there. Armed
drones have landed at
the 6-reactor
Zaporizhzhia site and
blown a whole in the
protective dome over
the destroyed
Chornobyl reactor. A
Ukrainian drone hit
Russia's Kursk
reactor. Now one has
struck the UAE's
Barakah nuclear power
plant even though the
UAE is not directly
involved in the
US-Israel war against
Iran. And autonomous
drones are coming. We
need reactors out of
war zones. The only
way to ensure that is
to abolish their use.
