NRC to Hold Hybrid Public Meeting on Proposed NEPA Rule Changes

 

ROCKVILLE, MD. – The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will hold a public meeting on
its proposed rule implementing the National Environmental Policy Act, published in the Federal
Register on July 7.

What: NRC staff will overview the proposed rule and related implementation activities, and
answer questions.

When: July 23, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Where: Commission Hearing Room, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville,
Md. Also available via Microsoft Teams.
