History was made yesterday, now let’s keep pushing.

Win Without War

Friend, something just happened that’s never happened before: Congress passed a concurrent war powers resolution to withdraw U.S. forces from hostilities.

It’s a historic rebuke of a deeply unpopular war. But Congress’ job isn’t done with last night’s Senate vote, especially now as Trump and Hegseth are reportedly demanding $80 billion to cover the costs of their disastrous, illegal war on Iran.[1]

That means more of your taxpayer dollars to pay for violence that killed over 7,000 people — bombs like the one that killed 168 people at a girls school in Iran — and left the world more dangerous and worse off economically than before.

The math isn’t adding up, Friend. With your help, we’ll build on last night’s victory by making sure lawmakers reject authorizing another dime for this war.

Trump and Hegseth’s Iran supplemental request is unconscionable. Tell Congress: Don’t let taxpayers foot an $80 billion bill for their illegal, unjustified war on Iran.

ACT NOW

Early on, the Trump administration understood an Iran war supplemental request would be a hard sell. Early estimates indicated Hegseth would demand as much as $200 billion.

But Win Without War and activists like you quickly spoke out to make the idea a nonstarter, and we’re not letting up.

We say not one dime for this unnecessary, unjustifiable war, Friend. We won’t let Congress plow more of our taxpayer dollars toward Trump and Hegseth’s warmongering.

As criticism mounts across partisan lines over Trump’s disastrous foreign policy, it’s time to send them a loud and clear reminder that there are consequences for illegal war. And with Hegseth already on Capitol Hill this week to try and sell lawmakers on this dangerous request, the time to get loud is now.

Passing a war powers resolution was just one step. Up next? Rejecting ANY attempt to cover what the Trump administration wasted on war. Not $200 billion. Not $80 billion. Not a dime for endless war.

No bailouts for war! Click here to demand your lawmakers reject Trump and Hegseth’s supplemental funding demands.

Thank you for working for peace,
The Win Without War team
