idid everything as you told us and everytime i start up gta its starts updating the files by replacing the files like the lazlow t shirt from the deadpool arm back in to the original how do i keep my gta from updating? please help

Is it possible to change Franklins skin to this. Used to do it back on xbox but not long started on PC. Just setting it up for my kid but would be cool if game opened with Deadpool. Swapped loads of NPCs in the game but changing Franklin seems different.
