Nubis Release v1.1.0

We are happy to announce the most recent release of the Nubis platform.

The Nubis Platform engineering team has been hard at work and this
release includes a number of security remediations as well as a ton of
bug fixes.

Some highlights for this release include:
- First release since PHX1 exit
- Working platform versioning
- Closed 6 medium security risks

In numbers:
- 402 Pull Requests Merged
- 71 Issues Opened Since Last Release
- 370 Issues Closed
- 148 Issues Remaining
