New jumphosts in the sandbox

Thanks to limed's work on nubis-ifying the jumphosts, we have brand new,
shiny jump hosts everywhere.
The one you will care about is the one in the sandbox, and it can now be
reached at a nice, stable hostname:
ec2-...@jumphost1.sandbox.us-west-2.nubis.allizom.org
The old jumphost will stick around for a little bit longer, but I will
be decomisionning it by the end of today.
Enjoy and please report any issues you might have, if any!
