Dear all,
This is a mail inviting articles for publication in "Popular Jurist-Journal of All India Lawyers Union". Popular Jurist invites Article, Case Notes, Legislative Comments and other publications(The Board specifically solicits Book Reviews, short responses to previous publications and notes on an author’s practical experiences in constitutional litigation, judgment deliberation, legislative drafting, etc.) from students on regarding any subject of law. The following rules shall be complied with:
Page limited: It shall not be more than 6 pages, which excludes the cover page.
Text: Size- 12 pt, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing: Heading: Size: 14pt(Bold, Italics), Times New Roman. Footnoting: 10pt, Times New Roman, 1 line spacing.
Reference styles: Bluebook or OSCOLA.
Subject of the mail: "Article Submission-Popular Jurist"
If it's a case notes the cover page should contain the name of the case, to be written in Italics, the Court which rendered the judgement(Preferably the Judgments of the Supreme Court), Name of the judges, Date of judgement, Citation, if any.
Co-authors are permitted.
Legislative notes includes everything mentioned in Article 13(3)(a) and a Bill in the Parliament only.
