Dear colleagues (Department Chairs or DGS's) at PhD programs in states neighboring Indiana,

The Indiana Philosophical Association invites you to share the attached CfP with your graduate students. At our upcoming fall meeting, we will present an award for the best paper submitted by a graduate student, together with a $100 cash prize. We also invite (self-)nominations for commentators and session chairs. IPA meetings provide a congenial atmosphere for getting constructive feedback on one's work, so they're great opportunities for graduate students to gain experience.

Of course, you and your colleagues are also welcome to submit papers for the program, so feel free to circulate the CfP widely.

The conference will be held on the campus of Hanover College (in southeastern Indiana) on October 21-22. The submission deadline is August 31. We are pleased to announce that a keynote address will be given by Prof. Jennifer Lackey of Northwestern University.
