restoring a bullet to airos

I need to restore a bullet to airos for another project.

I found a how-to, using the tftp method  of holding the button and
powering up and waiting till the christmas tree before letting go, then
using tftp to put the factory image on the bullet..


It didn't work.

Is there a special trick?
