Hello everyone, welcome to the North Texas Amateur Radio Emergency Data Network Special Interest Group (NTX-AREDN-SIG)

We are part of the larger nationwide body, located here: https://www.arednmesh.org.

This group will be highly useful to get plugged into our actual North Texas Deployment and we encourage you to go to the "Introduce yourself" section so we can get to know you!

We suggest that once you do your own research that you become a MEMBER of our Emergency Communications Deployment Team. To do that, simply go to the "Portable Nodes" section and look for the "North Texas AREDN Stack" message and it will suggest what to buy. We've done a lot of the researching and testing and so just "plug in"!
