[RECRUITMENT] Women in Tech recruitment drive (2021-22)

[Women In Tech NTU]

Women in Tech@NTU has started its recruitment drive for the academic year 2021-22 and you are invited to join the team. 

We are looking for

1. Technical Director (Events) 

• Plan and organize WIT events (SheShares, Ladies Nights, and others TBD). This includes participating in meetings with potential partners and designing the event as required. 
  

• Liaise with industry representatives to form partnerships for our events 

• Handle logistics for the event

• Managing events on the day

• Assist Social Media and Marketing Tech directors with publicity event content

• Come up with innovative ideas for future events

2. Social Media and Marketing Director

• Work on The WIT Gazette Newsletter with Vice-Chair, which includes content writing, journalism, reaching out to tech professionals for interviews, and visual designs

• Work on Humans of WIT- the creation of posts to feature members

• Update WIT Social Media pages regularly

• Come up with engaging content for followers

• Liaise with Events Tech Directors and OSS to market our events

• Enjoys design-based and writing projects

• Assist Events Directors during events when necessary

Minimum requirements:

1. A genuine passion for working for the women community

2. Willingness to take your responsibilities seriously

3. Sufficient time to dedicate to Women in Tech

4. Keen on working in a small team

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals with the potential to liaise with companies, professionals, organizations, and school faculties.
