Dear Number Theory Enthusiasts,

Oregon State University is hosting a winter number theory conference Feb. 18-19, 2023 to showcase work of regional students and recent PhDs.   We plan to offer 20 and 40 minute talks by graduate students and recent PhDs, an undergraduate poster session, and a panel discussion for professional development.  Our aim is to offer a friendly opportunity for junior researchers to discuss their work and connect with other number theorists throughout the region.  We have some funding for travel and lodging, with priority given to regional students and presenters.
