Dear Ms. April Huang, Ms. Emily Chiu and Ms. Lydia Tsai,

First of all, I want to explain about the sequence of legalization in my country. The sequence are:
  • Notary,
  • Ministry of Justice and Human Rights,
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Taipei Economic and Trade Office (TETO).

Currently, I have been legalizing all of required documents upon arrival in NTUST until Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The documents are:
  • Original Diploma,
  • One original authenticated copy of highest academic degree diploma and transcript in English, (My Diploma has been translating by sworn translator and has been legalizing by Notary, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
  • A certificate of medical and accident insurance.
But, when I want to legalize in TETO, a local staff TETO said to me that original authenticated copy of highest academic degree diploma should be in Indonesia not in English.
And now, I have to repeat the sequence of legalization in my country for the original authenticated copy of highest academic degree diploma in Indonesia. It takes one and half weeks.

Should I repeat the sequence of legalization for the original authenticated copy of highest academic degree diploma in Indonesia?

Dear Christian,

NTUST hanya membutuhkan dokumen yg versi inggris.

semoga membantu
