看到計中的e-大學中心網頁上有"授權軟體下載","臺大軟體銀行"等等
想請問一下
兩者之間差在哪裡(版權方面)

又如果我是台大的在學學生
我可以從這些網頁上下載軟體到個人電腦上嗎?
