Eligibility Criteria:
Years of experience: 4 - 7 Yrs
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics)
Job Responsibilities:
· Concept Generation and design improvements projects
· Design changes to address reliability, cost, manufacturing and performance issues – systematic problem solving
· Reviewing designs for simplification and implementing DFMA concepts
· Investigation, Root cause analysis and Corrective action for deviations with engineering documentations
· Modification of engineering drawings and specifications and release to production
· Handling Value Engineering Projects including manufacturing cost estimation
Mandatory Skills:
· Experience in product design and development
· 3D modeling and Drafting experience in Pro/E wildfire
· Experience in creating mechanical component & assembly Drawings and specifications for manufacturability and in managing engineering change orders
· Mechanical & common electrical Component knowledge is must
· Proficient in GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis
· Good oral and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
· Exposure to various fabrication process
· Experience in PDMLink and Windchill is plus
· Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and MS Office Tools
· Knowledge of Windchill practices related to engineering change orders and Data management is desirable
