NTTF is a not for profit organisation, with a mission to develop well balanced technical, globally competent talent for industry. We focus on the two C's, viz., competence and character. Over the last 50 years, we have grown from a single centre, to 26 centres having about 10,000 full time trainees with almost 100% placement record. Our alumni have been contributing significantly across the world. Some are industry leaders, many of them are also entrepreneurs.

This has been made possible through NTTF re-inventing itself meeting ever changing industry requirements. To drive this further, enable growth and greater transformation, we are looking for an "Head HR". He would report to our Executive Director.

The incumbent would be responsible for the management of Human Resource function at a corporate level, covering about 700 staff
spread over 21 centres across india.
The individual would be accountable for:
i)attracting quality staff
ii)creation of transparent, open and high performance culture based on meritocracy
iii)development of staff,
iv) organisation building; succession planning and building up the mgmt and leadership capability.
v)strengthen systems and processes.

We are looking for value based individuals, with service as a strong career anchor, who have enabled change and transformation. Ideally candidates should be with post graduate qualification in Human Resources, with 10 to 12 years of experience in progressive, enlightened organisations. Senior industry professionals who see this as an exciting opportunity to contribute could also apply.

We are not paymasters. So someone coming for only money would not be the right guy for us. Job content wise it would be phenomenal. The canvas and ability to make a difference would be great..attitude, passion, ownership, ability to think and also deliver.. are key.
