How to Register as Online Voter in Bangalore/Karnataka ?
1. Visit website www.voterreg.kar.nic.in and register to create account.
2. Login with the registered account and fill forms as applicable for you.
3. Fill Form, Upload Photo, Documents proof for Age and Address.
Important: Self-Attest supporting documents. DO NOT take printout on back-to-back pages.
Compulsorily fill up “List of documents attached” field and do signature on the Form.
4. Submit the hardcopy of Form(ERO Copy) and self-attested supporting documents(Age and Address)
along with photo in person or by speed/registered post to the address mentioned in the printed form
or SmartVote Volunteer.

To avoid rejection of your Form 6, please check
1. Photo should be clearly visible and completely fill the allotted area.
2. Submit the ERO/AERO Copy. Don’t give Applicant copy.
3. Form should be duly signed and dated.
4. Forms and supporting documents should be stapled.
5. If EPIC card no. is mentioned in Section “Declaration” then
attach self-attested photocopy of both sides of the EPIC card.
